Friday Night Calm
In person, sessions Friday evenings
In these in person 60 minute sessions we will do 2 or 3 different meditations each week to help us wind down from the week and develop a wellbeing practice. The sessions will allow you to get the support of a group and experience what works best for you to find your centre and your flow!

The Sunday online morning meditations are an opportunity to put aside time for you, to pause and experience a carefully crafted series of three 15-20 minute meditations.
Sessions have a specific theme, sometimes around connection to nature and seasons of year, sometimes around wisdom to embed in our lives, or focus on a specific meditation tradition, and they are always about uplifting meditations for wellbeing, peace & relaxation.

Silent Rebellion online meditations
